This is the biggest magnolia blossom I have ever seen. It was easily 10-12 inches across. Other interesting thing...it is pollinated by beetles. I guess we don't have bees big enough.
Beautiful. It just says "Southern." I love it.
Being from nearly the most southern tip of Texas....this can't BE any better!!Do stop by my W W share, won't you?

I love magnolias! I'm worried to plant one in my garden though (NE Ohio). I posted my azalea pics today. Have a great WW!
