Skywatch

One of the things that I think is most interesting about travel around the country is the regionalism of the wildlife crossing signs. Here on the mountain, we have the ubiquitous deer crossing signs...but we also have cool bear crossing signs. (Visitors are always amazed by them.) I have seen signs for elk, armadillo, antelope, free-range cattle, duck, caribou and this moose. What wildlife crossing signs do you have in your neck of the woods?

To visit other skies, fly on over to Skywatch.

I'm not sure we have any wildlife left in this part of southern California. I have seen "Surfer Crossing" and what appears to be "Running Illegal Aliens Crossing" signs, though.

Wonderful photo! No moose crossing signs in Tennessee. :-) Deer crossing signs are the only ones that I've seen here.

We saw many Moose Crossing signs driving around in Norway last spring but we never a real Moose. I was very disappointed...

Nice photo!

Nothing too interesting in Michigan. There aren't signs for the undergraduates, the species most frequently seen darting into traffic.
